What is Tapas class ＠Breathe Together Yoga?
We practice the series of postures that are designed specifically for the season, to benefit us to live with better immunity and circulation, and internal stability. The posutures address the wisdom of Ayurveda and the Chinese meridians that run along the body, so that we can be empowered to care for our health. Autumn tapas focus on the organs: Large intestine, and Lungs.
